At the end of the evening, you will let the event leader know by special form which people you are interested in. If there is a mutual interest, you will each be given each other's contact info. This is done in a professional and discreet manner. The mutual matches will be given within 48 hours of the event by email. There is no awkwardness at the event as everyone goes through a rotation and everyone will get to privately have time with potential matches.
